The World of XPILAR - B&W PHOTOGRAPHY AND ART CONTEST WEEK #227

Black and white photography is regarded as the father of photography cus of its ancient mode. During the discovery of the first camera, we noticed that those cameras couldn't process multiple colours , so it was adjusted to black and white. Even if it lacks much details in terms of the colour aspect, the grading and shadow alone is what makes this type of photography distinct. Without further ado, let's see the black and white photographs I took during the recent times.

PICTURE 1

This picture depicts a young boy posing for the camera. The reality is that the young boy is my last brother. I had to use a trick I learnt from Bossj23 to take this shot. First, I made sure that my proposed client stood not far from the camera. This distance ensures that it came out as a full photograph. For the camera, I drop my phone to floor level while facing my brother. I ensure that the details I need are included before I press the shutter button. I might call this my masterpiece nominated for this week.

The second picture is from a financial institution in Nigeria. This bank is no other than the Eco bank. This bank has been in existence for a while. I decided to take this picture I was on a mission. The mission was to open a bank account with that bank. Even if it was not successful that day because I wasn't with the items required to open an account, it was worth it.

This is the famous Ibom Plaza. This is where economic activities are mostly seen and recorded. It's like the heart of Uyo local government area. The picture depicts different business enterprises even to one in a wheelbarrow. This shows that anyone who comes to the plaza has the motive of purely business. Also transport media record most activities here since it's the heart.
