B&W PHOTOGRAPHY AND ART CONTEST WEEK #229

People around the world view photography in their own understanding. For me, it's like a medium for time traveling and story telling. If we were to do time travel using a device, it's possible using a picture that was snapped at that set time. With that, the younger generation tend to visualize what the events or historical personalities of the past look like. In this publication, let's focus on white and black photography taken in contemporary time.

PICTURE 1

This picture is one of my proud and top rated photos of the week. While in the world of photography, I do see pictures of a person sending a love sign to the sunset. The scenery is usually beautiful and I usually hope to recreate it someday. On that fateful day, I had to take that opportunity since we were in the farm where exposure to nature is at max. I tried numerous times but it didn't come out as expected. I was visibly frustrated because I hoped for it but couldn't make it. It was until I realized that adjusting the camera brightness to a dim condition. With that, the sun became smaller and it created a stiletto effect. I was very excited that I mastered this skill but I hope to perfect it.

PICTURE 2

This masterpiece was captured during a farming expedition. After capturing the first photograph which happened to be MVP of the week, I decided to try something out. The idea was that I wanted a picture where a blade of a leaf curves round the sun. I tried using different scenarios but I couldn't get my desired picture. At last, I saw a blade of a maize leaf which I used to create something. Even if it's what I expected but it's better than nothing.

PICTURE 3

Fitness and Sport has become man's hobby as he has to maintain his body stature. After a fitness session with @ngoenyi as our coach. Bossj23 and Alli001 decided to stay and explore the playground. We had a lot of fun with the time shared together. One of these moments was taking this shot by Bossj23. The motion photography came out perfectly and it was iconic.
