feeling frustrated

Perfection - how I would just love my lap top to be working to perfection.

Unfortunately, this is not the case, infact it is driving me to distraction -it has become so slow that it pushes up my stress levels and is just so frustrating.

Have you tried turning it off and on? try rebooting it - these are the suggestions - and yes I have done all of that - and things remain slow.

I am not "tech savvy" and so have to rely on my daughter to help me when I have problems but in this case I shall have to wait until the schools break up and she has more time.

So this post is a very short one due to my frustration - but here's hoping you all have a wonderful day today.
