Steem Creatif - The Process of Making a Coffee Shop Table Frame
The Process of Making a Coffee Shop Table Frame
Tonight, I'm still resting after working on a simple, yet incredibly strong and sturdy coffee table. I worked on this coffee table alone, without any assistance. However, I did have some small tools to speed up my work.
The first thing I did was cut the legs and table tops. The metal used was 20x20 hollow metal with a thickness of 1.8. You can see the cutting process below:
After cutting, I assembled the metal parts, using the red magnetic bracket I'd purchased earlier, which I then attached to the coffee shop table's bracket.
You can see this in the two images below:
In the two images below, the coffee shop table is ready to be assembled, and during the welding process, I couldn't take any photos. As usual, to avoid blurring or damaging my camera lens, I didn't take any photos while I was welding.
Next, after the welding was complete, this coffee shop table was placed on the porch at the homeowner's request. Although it hadn't been painted yet, the homeowner stated that it would also be suitable for the porch. With a smile, I took a few pictures of the porch area to show Steam users what the frame of the coffee shop table looked like before painting.
Let's take a look below:
As you can see, I've finished the table frame. Next, I need to assemble five more coffee shop table frames, as this order consists of six.
As you can see, the table base is a standard-price base purchased online. However, the seller didn't anticipate that the legs, sold as a pair, were heavier than the table itself. Therefore, when the customer, the owner of Mpp Caffe, used the table, it wobbled. Thus, the disaster occurred.
After I made this frame, I balanced the weight of the sawdust base with the weight of the frame and the thickness of the iron. This way, when the base and legs were assembled, they would be more sturdy and less likely to wobble when food and drinks were placed on the table.
This is all I can say. I'm posting this early because I have to wake up early tomorrow to assemble the other five table frames.
I'll end with a creative greeting.
