RE: SLC S23 Week6 || Geometry with GeoGebra: More on Triangles, Quadrilaterals, and Circles

Task Comment Grade
1. Excircles (incircle and circumcircle). Correctly done. But the main and secondary elements are not highlighted; it was necessary to show with a right angle that the circle really touches the side. 1.8/2
2. Euler's circle Indeed, delving into details studied and described in previous lessons/homework is unnecessary, but they should at least be mentioned superficially. The main remark regarding the task is that the main and secondary elements are not highlighted. 1.8/2
3. Spieker circle, Taylor circle, Nagel circle, Apollonius circle, Malfatti circles, or Feuerbach circle. Just wonderful, well explained, and even included several elements—the Feuerbach circle and the Apollonius circle. I myself have only now learned about all these amazing circles, having previously heard only about the nine-point circle. 2⭐/2
4. Quadrilateral and circumscribe circle It should have been noted that to guarantee the construction of a quadrilateral around which a circle can be described, it must be built within a circle from the start. In other words, the problem should be approached in reverse. Otherwise, if an arbitrary quadrilateral is taken, it is not always possible to describe a circle around it. 1.7/2
5. Quadrilateral with an inscribed circle The construction process is not explained. It should have been mentioned that the task would become easier if approached from the end—meaning, first draw the circle, and then describe the quadrilateral around it. 0.8/1
6. Kite and quadrilateral with perpendicular diagonals I remember you did something similar before (using circles). The first thing I thought of was to start with perpendicular lines. Your method seems simpler. However, you didn't explain how the quadrilateral with perpendicular diagonals was formed. Also, the numerical labels are unnecessary; in a deltoid, this is nicely shown with colors and labels. 0.9/1

Thank you for your participation throughout these six weeks.
