We strive to ensure that our game is fair. And that all the efforts of the players are rewarded. That's why we monitor who plays how.
We noticed that some players systematically use an autoclicker or a bot that collects resources for them in the Viking game. Since this is not a fair game, we reset their accounts. We also issued a warning to @usman119 but unfortunately found that @ayesha0018 also uses the same bot or autoclicker.
