My Golden Life; Hidden but Shiny
Whenever I hear the word Gold, it brings several thoughts into my mind; to me, it's something that just glitters, it's more than that.
It's something that could whisper directly into our heart, order than just seeing with the eyes.
In my observation, gold is more than just a metal that we know. It signifies a dream, story, or feeling that will never be washed away, no matter what.
Growing up, I had this mentality due to how everyone made me believe it. That gold could be the highest reward anyone could acquire, and maybe something affordable only to the rich.
But I came to realize that gold isn't just a jewelry, nor is it about money. But it's all about love and the gifts of nature. It can be seen in people's reactions and activities.
I see gold in my father's voice, kindly encouraging me not to give up, that surely I will make it, because I'm special.
I see gold in my mother's smile, seeing that she is happy, whenever I'm able to make her proud of me.
I see gold in the morning sun, which shines warmly on every creature of the earth.
When I see gold, my thoughts reflect on value. Though I'm not talking about the measurable kind of value, but the kind we see in people.
How do we see gold in people? That one friend who is always by your side, no matter the situation, is gold.
That moment you feel deeply in love with nature is golden.
My sister once bought me a gold chain. It wasn't real gold, but it was so valuable to me. To me it wasn't just mere shiny stuff, but something that signifies a great bond, love and memory that I can't let go.
As life goes on, I begin to see a clear picture of gold in many activities and attitudes around me. Like the kindness people offer to each other, the hardworking behaviour of people to help the society grow, and in those people who never give up, no matter what.
My lesson about gold is that it's a symbol of strength. When it leaves inside someone, it can't be hidden even in the dark; it always shines so that everyone can see. Because gold is pure, and it's seen in a pure heart.
Whenever you see gold, never take it for a mere metal. It's more than that; it has great meaning. It tells you that the most beautiful and valuable things in the world can't be touched, but felt.
Gold isn't just something we wear, but what we have become.
Remember, as Gold does not rust, just like true love, it never dies...

I love how this is beautifully and creatively envelopes in words.
Gold is what is reflected from within.
All the best, @promisezella.
Yeah
Gold is not just a material thing, but what truely define us.
Thanks for your comments @yhudy
Hola @promisezella
