The Razor Building SE1 🇬🇧

Welcome to my least favourite part of central London - Elephant and Castle. Today we have a minute to admire the Razor building officially called the Strata tower.

The turbines at the top have barely ever worked as they were too noisy and vibrated too much. They were causing numerous complaints so the plan to generate part of the energy needed to run the building never actually worked.
