Mushroom Latte

Mushrooms as one of those new super foods which have now found their way into coffee.

I had a cold vanilla mushroom latte in a hot chocolate cup. It contained lion’s mane mushrooms.

The mushroom beverage has been verified by the Royal Botanic Gardens of Kew where I will enjoy the orchid festival inspired by Peru this Saturday.
