Mountains
Cubiro is a beautiful and picturesque mountain town, located at the beginning of the Andes Mountains, about an hour and a half drive from Barquisimeto, the city where I was born and still live today.
Because of its imposing landscapes, this place has become a very popular tourist destination on weekends and during the holiday season, offering its visitors a wide range of accommodations for all tastes and budgets.
This pair of photos from my personal archive were taken a few years ago during a brief stroll through this town.
As I have described in previous posts, I process the original photographs using the editing tools offered in their free versions by the applications Picsart and Snapseed.
Montañas
Cubiro es un hermoso y pintotesco pueblo de montaña, ubicado en el inicio de la Cordillera de los Andes, alrededor de una hora y media manejando desde Barquisimeto, la ciudad donde nací y aún en hoy en día, vivo.
Por sus imponentes paisajes, este lugar se ha convertido en un destino turístico muy concurrido los fines de semana y en las temporadas vacacionales, ofreciéndole a sus visitantes una muy amplia oferta de alojamientos para todos los gustos y presupuestos.
Este par de fotos de mi archivo personal, las tomé unos años atrás durante un breve paseo por este poblado.
Como he descrito en posts anteriores, las fotografías originales las proceso haciendo uso de las herramientas de edición que ofrecen en sus versiones gratuitas las aplicaciones Picsart y Snapseed.
