MAKE A ROUND BEADED BAG WITH ME

Hello Steem Mates, I've been seriously occupied because I have been learning how to do lots of craft with beads.

A couple of days ago, a friend saw something on Pinterest and asked if I'll be able to recreate it. I didn't give her a straight answer but deep down, I knew I was going to try my very best to replicate it which I did.

So, this evening, I'll show us how I made a half circle beaded bag.

When she sent the picture she saw on Pinterest, I immediately recognized the beads. They were SUGAR BEADS and I was so happy when I realized that I had two packs of blue sugar beads at home.

This is the first step of making beaded products. Thought it took me a long time looking at the sample to send to see if it was a beaded bag that was done with this type of beginning. I was able to figure it out and I started.

The next thing to do was to mat. This pattern you are seeing on the picture is called matting and I matted this. I was very careful not to do the wrong thing but since it was my first time, it wasn't evitable. I did make plenty mistakes.

I didn't let my guard down after a couple of WHAT NEXT? I kept going. I kept doing something. Every step counts.

You know, I've never made a round beaded bag but I've always wondered how they are made. Like, how do you make this thing round? Looking at the sample, I figured this out.

As you can see, the circle shape was beginning to form and at this point, my confidence grew from 2 to 100. I was so proud of myself and I was beaming with smiles.

I completed the second side. 💥

It took me a little time to figure out this part at above but at the end of the day, I did figure that out.

I made the second part of the bag. At this point, trust me, my confidence grew from 100 to 1,000. I couldn't just wait to see the master piece I was creating.

As you can see, after making the parts, I made the sides. Note: the sides won't be made for both parts. You are going to make the side on one part and join the other to it.

As you can see, the side was made on just one part. 📌

This is what it looks like when you join the other part together. It makes sense, right? Yes. 🔥

At this point, I was already forming the hands. It might look very easy but it wasn't. It took a whole lot of doing and undoing.

This is what we've got after a thorough cleanup. 😍

I saw that there was need for a lock.

So, I inserted one. 💥

This is the final look and it's beautiful, right? 🥰
