A Moment of Peace in the Midst of the Journey | Support A Mother in Uganda

Greetings to you family,

As I continue moving up and down in efforts to improve life for my dear mother, I recently took a short break just to breathe, to think, and to reconnect with nature. Life can be heavy, especially when you're trying to build something meaningful for someone you deeply care about. But nature has a way of giving back calmness, even when the storms of life are raging.

I decided to take a nature walk across the beautiful hills and valleys of our remote village. The cool breeze, the rolling clouds, and the green terraced gardens brought me a sense of peace I didn’t know I needed. The scenery was truly magical, soothing and refreshing to the soul.

On this particular day, as the rain gently fell, it found me at my mother’s place. I had come to help her with some fieldwork in the garden, but the rain made it impossible. Still, I cherish these moments with this amazing woman who raised me with nothing but love and resilience.

You’ll see in the photos how the rain makes everything misty and mysterious, then slowly clears up to reveal the vast beauty of our land. These scenes are part of our daily lives, and yet, they never cease to amaze me.

The rewards still go to the kitchen project that I'm starting soon, a big thanks to the donors and everyone's support towards my goal of kitchen building and water tank project.
