Believe
Believe it or not, the arrival of heaven is the essence of being. We are born not only with DNA to build our entire body but also with emotions and feelings that are both well-defined and unique to each person. As we grow, we must pass our feelings through fire to strengthen them. There will always be simple things and very difficult ones. In the end, the time it takes depends on the day you finally get to know yourself and gain control over everything around you.
The thing is, this process happens stage by stage. Besides pain, frustration, and anger, everything is more or less the same—expressions of pride. If there is humility, we recognize that others have value too, and we can simply say, "Maybe it was a bad day, a bad mood," or leave things in doubt without judging. It is at that point that we often let our words run loose, allowing hatred and resentment to grow. When we don't master our emotions, all we achieve is setbacks.
If you already know that getting angry is pride and that, in many cases, the person is not worth it, then you will understand that the faster we control it, the fewer collateral effects there will be within us. How do we differ from a dog? In negative thoughts. Dogs always greet you happily, while we do not, because we accumulate too much negativity. That’s why avoiding anger is a good way to be happy, and being happy also prevents negativity from reaching us.
It's not easy, but you just have to force yourself until it becomes natural not to think negatively. Try this exercise when you're happy: you’ll see that negative thoughts won’t come in, and you’ll be able to control them. Happiness must be made into something solid.
That way, you will discover that the mind is completely controllable and trainable, and in a year, you could be a 100% positive person. Then, there will be no more tears—ever again.
