Glancing into Space

The very first moment I came across the drawing that served as a reference for this art, I fell in love with it. There was this calm aura that came alongside it that resonates with the kind of mindset I now have. I know there is still much to learn on my part as regarding proportions and alignment but on this piece, I tried the little gauging I know and I am glad it popped.

I honestly don’t know where the character is from but I loved the expression and rendering. I hope you are able to see what I see.
