This Old Man

In the week I originally made this piece, I was able to make more sketches for my blog than the past month probably. To do this I had to pause some activities and believe me, it was definitely worth it. One of those days I saw this Oldie on one artist’s blog and I was blown. The medium was spectacular and as always I was curious to see how my impression would look.

After trying it out I arrived at a fair result. I knew very well that my warm edit would do justice to it but seeing how lately it hasn’t been consistent with one tone I decided I’d try black and white. And it seems I made the right choice.
