Blooming bird cherry

So the tree has been revealed, which this year has shown its flowering as vividly as possible – it is a bird cherry! Last year it was lilacs, and the year before that it was apple trees.

It turns out that there are a lot of cherry trees in the urban environment.

But most often they are found in nature, in meadows, on the outskirts of forests, near rivers.

Bird cherry smells the brightest.

It is very interesting to observe the cyclical nature!

I wonder how the summer will manifest itself?

Bird cherry also retains its bloom the longest.

Apple and cherry trees have almost faded, but bird cherry trees can still be found.

By the way, in my childhood we ate bird cherry berries...but now I haven't seen any children with black mouths or crawling up a tree in an attempt to get as many berries as possible.

In the people, the fruits of bird cherry are called berries.

In fact, these are cherry-type drupes.

Bird cherry reminds me of my childhood.

Previously, apple trees were not as common as they are now.

And not everyone had cherries in their garden. We went to a friend's house to eat cherries...or they just stole from a neighboring vegetable garden.

And bird cherry was always freely available.

I'll have to eat...to remember childhood.
