B&W PHOTOGRAPHY AND ART CONTEST WEEK #166 / autumn sketch with cobwebs

I don’t know why so many cobwebs appear on the drying grass in the fall, but it’s hard to pass by such beauty. Removing cobwebs also seems like a difficult task to me. Most often I just look at it without wasting energy and nerves on photography. It is especially interesting to observe how in the morning drops of dew collect on thin threads, turning all the nets into precious beads and necklaces.

Two plans. You can choose both far and near. I find these photographs equally interesting. A dried burdock bush is beautiful in itself, but if you look at it through a curtain of cobwebs, it takes on something special in its appearance.

And this?!

In my opinion, this was done by the spider so elegantly that I don’t even really believe in the reality of what I see. I imagine how the spider kept the entire project in his mind, calculating at each turn where it would be best for him to attach the web in order to build a reliable tripwire.

To me, this web hanging as if for an exhibition seems like a masterpiece. It's a pity I couldn't photograph it as well as it was made.
