You do not need to think much when running, and you can have pain when running or not! So, we have brain and pain, and no brain and no pain, brain and no pain, and no brain and pain! And everybody is including in such thinking!

We are always putting new goals into the life, meaning that we are doing new things, in addition to established things, and things and activities that we have done for a long time when we are here. And we do not need thinking anything when running because it is happening automatically, and we determine ourselves how fast we can run, and when running as our fastest we need none thinking, and if we are thinking too much when running we are running slower, and everybody is welcome where we are when being here as we are.

So, we should know what we are knowing, and sometimes there are thoughts there, and sometimes there are not, and we should know why we are talking and chatting as we are, and where all the thoughts and feelings are coming from when we are here, and why we are as we are when being here. And you know, the thoughts should contain a thought about how our thoughts are really being where when we are out in the organizations and markets while we are here, and that means that we should grasp the reality and ask whether we should follow the thoughts, and why things are as they are when being here. So, where does the reality come from? And why is the reality as it is, when we are here?

So, Jakob Ingebrigtsen, Johann Olav Koss, Oddvar Brå and many other athletes, well they did not think when running at their fastest, and this is how to use the top sport is when you use the automatic feeling in the human body that you and me are having when doing new things, and doing things we have never thought about earlier in the life, and things are learned and not learned while we are here, and we are different personalities with different things and tasks available in our heads when we are where we are.

Koss is boss! As it stood on the banners on the TV-screen from Heerenveen when we were where we were when being here, and you know, all sport events of extreme characters are depending on you using the strengths in the body, and minimize the weaknesses when we are here, and we should do our efforts where we are strong, and ignore or not taking any care of what is happening when we are weak, and we should be strong when being weak, and not being too much weak when we are feeling to be strong in our human bodies. And SWOT-analysis is just an analysis of ourselves individually and being together in groups and in organizations when we are doing things alone or together when being here, and Right to Play and playing in the nature, that are things we are doing the whole life, and the life is starting with small experiments when we are in the life, and we are extending the number of activities and thoughts we can do when being here where we are when being here.

SWOT-analysis is standing for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats, and we should just do these things if the employees are ready for it, and it is not appropriate and a way to understanding when using this logic and thinking when the employees are not ready for it, and when it is absent and not present in the humans minds. So, a SWOT-analysis is a deeper understanding our oneself, and what is really the environment, and everybody can do what he or she masters, and we are free to develop ourselves as we want the whole life while we are in the life as the life is and can be, and we are never sure about the next second in the life, but we can predict the life, and doing things we are used to and doing habits, and hence predictability and understanding are something when the life is both certain of things, and uncertain, and in the life nothing is sure, and hence the models should include both things we know and do not know, and therefore the thinking materials and what is really in our heads are depending on the study programs at many levels, and what we are learning to any times anywhere while we are here, and hence the studies and the constant learning in the life, is doing something in our brains, heads and eyes when being alive as we are in the life is relation to how the life is perceived.
