Training your Achilles heel; Is there a method of how to do it stronger when you do you just as the competitions are organized and implemented when being here, and is there a way of fixing the Achilles heel when you have trouble and pain in this heel?

Well, there are two main troubles when doing athletics, and the first is the problem with your Achilles heel, and the other is the problem in you knee, and both of these problems are in trouble, if you and I are training a lot!
Today, both genders, both men and women, are engaged with training, and that is sensible, and hence both genders are smart and intelligent with using the time and the space as they are, and there is always any other way of training, and we can do more and intensive training of ourselves when we are here, and we are in convenience and in competition when being here, and Harvard is maybe the best school in these things, also for giving advice to the US President Donald Trump, as I really can master myself when being here and there.
So, there are trouble when training and when doing competitions when getting troubles and problems in the Achilles heel, and we are all inside and outside the offices that we are facing, and we often have a way of noticing where we are working in an office when being here as we are and can be. But maybe, we should find a systematic method for training the Achilles heel, and this method should just be as the other things of how the human body is working and functioning in making natural and fixed and determined and distinct movements of how things are when we are here, and you know, the training today, is about using enough time to train this heel, and for doing it carefully and slowly, and there should be better ways of treating the Achilles heel as Jakob Ingebrigtsen has trouble with, than just going and being engaged with doing an operation or several more operations. So, the Achilles heel, should been examined, and how it is functioning, and how we can strengthen and make it better and clearer and as strong as it could be in the human body when we are here and there as we are. And we can always do our best efforts when using the whole body, and we are free to use ourselves as good as we can and can master when we are here, and we know the potential and the actual doings and performances of different people when being here.
So, we are loving many people being around us today, and you know On Strategy and On Competition, that are books and contributions from Harvard which should be challenged when we are here, also with our own training, efforts, experiences and competitions. And the Achilles tendon is the largest and strongest tendon in the human body. It is located visibly under the skin, behind and above the heel. And the recommendations for training this tendon, are to use slowly and strongly motions, also together with training the strength within it when we are here, and we should not destroy it, but we should train it systematically.
So, today we should just select the best schools in the world, and there are many ways to do a dissertation as we are planning to do, and which we will attempt to do as good as we can, and we can do it alone or together with other people, and it is always good with friends and friendly families being around us while we are here on the blue planet, and the poison within us is there in the whole life. And according to the Greek mythology, the person Achilles was put in the river Styx to become immortal, and it was just his heel that not passed that way of doing it, and hence the heel was not immortal, or it was just mortal as a way of being it when we are here. And therefore, the Achilles heel became his one point where he was not invulnerable. And we must always do our own investigations of the heel if we are trouble with it, and going to a doctor, and we are just making analysis of any attempts we are doing, and what we find of creativity in the world, and Norway has few Nobel Prizes, and we are also a little nation in the north of Europe, and hence we cannot expect too many new and good things.
