On changing and forming the brain the whole life to adaptations and standardization!

You know, we are using the brain the whole life, and we can change it as we must, and all the lovely friends are friends we have had all the life, and we are encouraging them, and we are giving and taking our best ways of doing things when we are here, and we are the best version of ourselves, instead of the worst version of oneself that is imaginable. And the best thing in life is about making as much satisfaction as possible and as little dissatisfaction that we can think and feel and act about.

So, how should we stimulate the brain just as it comes in the human nature when we are here? Well, there are some good and mentionable moments to think about, and these are:

  1. Meet new people. Being confronting with new and established things in the life, that is about making it safe, and encouraging oneself and other people to love and to stay healthy and convenient in the life when being here, and the same is the fact in the sales, and we like to do sales as we are doing them, and there is always something to learn. This is about using the short-term memory and learning new things, and all things are how you and I frame the life, and the learning with new things and moments are open for any country!
  2. Be funny and make humour and warmth in the life! You know, we are friends with all young and adult and older people, and a good laugther is making the life even longer and better! And we are loyal to the working place ever and forever!
  3. Take a trip in the nature! Maybe a trip can do you better in problem solving, and making more creative and better solutions on the solutions being there today!
  4. Do changes in the daily affairs routines! Well, we are filled with habits as humans while we are here, but maybe some new ways of doing the life, or just changing the data and information can do the life even better than it has been to any times anywhere before! And pussy and penis are always there is life, and we should accept and respect that!
  5. We should learn something new in the life! You know, we should train the brain often in the life, and the more difficult things are perceived, the more and better we can learn, and think for instance of music and being learning a new music instrument! That is demanding, and we are just ourselves and put the requirements and the ways to cope and to do the life, even as the challenges are coming when we are here, and we are doing changes in the life, and sometimes we are having peace and harmony and good content and structure in the life when we are liking it as it can be in the best ways.
  6. Use meditation. Studies have shown that meditation can increase focus, memory and the ability to choose words, and it can do it easier to change from one thoughts and thinking manner to another. So, speaking to oneself when acting in the life, is a way of how the communication is internal, and we are just having communciation as internal, interactive and external, and we love the networks we are having, and what we are doing when doing what we are doing.
  7. Train the brain with known and unknown images and issues and problems and tasks, and do physical activity for at least 30 minutes per day, and love the people loving you when we are here, and the network is often for stability and changes, and for extending them as much as we want!
  8. Think about on what you are eating. A healthy and defendable and good nutrition is good to have, and you can get people about advice that are having the competence as they are having it.
  9. We should eat things that are good for our brain and human body, and there is always things such as fruit, legumes, fish and good fats found in rapeseed and olive oil, and that is how the life is while being here, and tea and coffee are also important drink to be on alert and being awake while we are here.
  10. We should cancel the smoke, and smoking is dangerous if we are using it in too big quantities and manners while we are here.
  11. Take care of your heart, and we must listen to our human bodies, and do things with thoughts and empathy and with good feelings while we are here.
  12. Take care of your mental health, and try to avoid too many dirty thoughts, too much depression and being negative. Try to always be positive and constructive, and we are here to enjoy and to perceive and to experience the life as it is coming, being and leaving.

So, good luck with the brain! Try to cope with uncertainty and not being sure about anything in the life, just as the most sure thing that we are dying after a while.
