On being appropriate with the speed in the cycling; Chatting with each other when training!

You know, the judgements and the assessments from the evaluation of the cycling trips are no clear and visible, and we should not train too fast or not too slow, but we should find an appropriate speed during the way that we can use when being where we are.

So, when doing training with the bikes, we should talk to each other when cycling, and there are too many people putting too much efforts and too much speed in the training, and that is not the way to do it in accordance with new philosophy in cycling and new ways of doing things as we are doing them.

So, it is not about the bike, it is the journey back to life, and we should not be too careful when cycling the cycle, and we should not press too much out of our human bodies when we are cycling as we are when being here.

It has been done research on the bike, and that the doing slow training efforts are making yourself faster in competition, and when you need the results as fast as you need them while we are here. So, we are destroying our own results, the processes and the progress by riding too fast with using the bike as we are using it when we are here, and there are researchers warning people to not be too eager and energetic when sitting down at the bicycle read to cycle. And we are ready to cycle to do things that are happening as normal for you and me, and we should use the bike in such manners in such ways when we are several people to train, we should encourage each other and we should chat with each other, and how should the training be dependent on the level you are on? Well,

*Beginner cyclists: If you're just starting, aim for a speed of around 10-15 miles per hour (16-24 km/h) during steady-state rides.
*Intermediate cyclists: For those with some experience, a speed of 15-20 miles per hour (24-32 km/h) is typical for moderate to intense workouts.

And persons being so-called «fast and quick and dynamic cyclists» should use their human bodies in such ways that there is progress to get when being here as we are when being here. And we should be careful enough in the traffic, being able and capable of seeing, and give signs if necessary, and being visible in the places where the bikes and the motor vehicles are when being here. And it is always a hard race to win a stage in The Tour de France as it also is in many other biking races around the planet.

So, there is much talking about doping when the cycling is going too fast when being in the life as we are, and there are cyclists cycling themselves to death because of these things, and they are dangerous for the body, also using drugs to stimulate the processes and the results while cycling as some are, and some are bumping into a stone or them are falling into and over a fender, and falling directly into the death while doing as they are doing, and hence the hardest and fastest rides in the world are with the life as an effort when doing the rides.

You know, there have been many questions about what is within the head and the human body to the best cyclists sometimes earlier for instance Lance Armstrong, Jan Ullrich and Bjarne Riis. And some have taken doping, and maybe as much as the first 10 persons or 20 persons on the result lists in some races in Tour de France have used doping, and this is serious, and it comes when the competition is hard, and you need to do something to distinguish yourself from the competitors when being here.
