My nurses sets the sodium high to the dialysis machine when I request for a bigger fluid removal

There's a flying bird in this photo.

This morning I saw that my weight is heavier compared to the other weeks which prompted me to ask for a higher fluid removal. It is just a few hundreds of ML of fluid to be removed but is enough for the hard nurse to adjust up the sodium setting in the dialysis machine. They do that so that the patient's body will absorb more salt which makes the blood pressure high in the hope to avoid IDH or hypotension during the dialysis session.
That is why during my treatment sessions when I request for a lighter fluid removal, they will just set the sodium pump lower. So I am somewhat penalized when I get to arrive at dialysis quite heavy for their standards. Well at least I am not that thirsty after arriving home because from the past they will yank up the sodium setting so high that I would feel like a Camel who travelled the desert for more than a day without drinking in thirst. Thanks be to God that they changed that stupid technique but I feel that it is just their way to punish me in arguing to them in the past abut my woes an d concerns without them understanding it.
But anyway, a high fluid withdrawal is not good anyway but if I would really follow it then my quality of life will still be low because I am no longer have the liberty to consume fluids although I am getting frequent dialysis treatments. I pray to God to change my life for the better in that aspect of my life because I am not enjoying my dialysis life at all although of course I am thankful that I got the help I need as a dialysis patient but my quality of life remains to be poor.
