My Nephrologist allowed my request to replace my current antibiotic with a more powerful Azithromycin

It has been about four days since I took my first antibiotic which I later found out used to treat UTI and not necessarily Pneumonia and based on my experience it is not doing as good as probably this new antibiotic called Azithromycin and I am hoping to get well by tomorrow if it is powerful enough to give some difference on how sick I feel right now.
That irritated part of my throat is giving me so much discomfort and it has to stop as well as cough that hurts my torso area and it is a torture and I don't deserve it. It is the reason why I told the head nurse that I wanted to replace the former one but she declined citing that I just had been newly taking it, had she took heed I could have been feel well already.
Fortunately our resident doctor is present this morning and they heard me cough and the head nurse told him my request and the resident doctor told it to my Nephrologist. Thankfully my Nephrologist allowed me after some pertinent question and answers like how long I had been taking the former antibiotic and if I still have phlegm which I do otherwise I would not be coughing with difficulty and the said irritation in my right side of my throat plus I still have low-grade fever.
After my dialysis session had completed and then getting back home I told my mother that I needed the new Antibiotic to be bought so they headed to the drug store to buy it so I can take one tablet immediately and make me feel its effects because of course I needed to feel better as I am already dealing with lots of problems although the recent one with my blood issue thankfully turned out to be just nothing, that is with regards to my high hemoglobin levels which actually is still OK according to my Hematologist because she said after reading all of my lab test results, she explained that the culprit was my reduced lung capacity and it is not good to give medicines nor reduce my blood to make the levels align with the perceived normal levels.
But I was tested with my hemoglobin or CBC again last Wednesday and my HG levels is now 140 from the last tested level of 168 and 176. Thank be to God for all of his grace and mercy and my friends near and far who remembered me and prayed, your prayers are heard, Glory be to God Amen!
