I'm taking my antibiotic with an empty stomach plus NAC to ease my coughing difficulties

I already adjusted taking my antibiotic so that it will be at least tow hours before or after my meals. The reason is that I want my body to absorb much of it compared to having it with a meal especially if the meal is fatty like fried fish which I am about to have, cooked by my loving mother.

My abdominal ultrasound revealed that I have a fatty liver. I wonder what had caused it other than I am eating much rice by force and even if I do I don't think it will cause a fatty liver disease but maybe I am wrong. However my body is still a stick and I do not fulfill my daily calorie intake but again this maybe caused by my inactivity as I was lying all day here on my bed.

My antibiotic by the way is not that strong because otherwise i will not be coughing by now, two days after I took my first tablet. I have to take it twice a day and I adjusted taking it at 3 PM or later and 3 AM so that I can absorb most of the drug and stay in my body for longer time as my dialysis treatment sessions would fall on 9:00 AM. About two hours before I'll have my breakfast in my dialysis day. It is because the type of antibiotic that I was using is dialyzable which means dialysis removes most of it from my blood.

But anyway, I am using NAC to help me let out phlegm much easily and give me a relief when I cough so that it will cut my misery in having to hurt my belly, rib cage, and throat in the process. Right now my right side of the throat is very itchy, it does cause me to weep on my right eye and makes it puffy. I couldn't care less of my eye but the feeling of irritated throat is in itself torturous for me too.
