I'll be getting my 2nd Hep B vaccine shot tomorrow and maybe another booster shot six months after

It will be exactly 30 days after my first double dose of Hepatitis B vaccine injection tomorrow and I will have to go back to the clinic where the first dose was administered and I think that I will still have to go back after maybe six or three months following this second dose to complete it to maybe fully protect me from getting or being infected by the Hep B virus again by fully building immunity against it considering that I was positive for the infection for more than three decades since it got detected by lab tests for it or even throughout my life since I had a blood transfusion when I was still one year old when I got hospitalized and then later getting rid or building immunity against it by my own body naturally.
The attending physician in my dialysis clinic had told me that to be able to nudge the immunity level after my body was able to get rid of the Hep B virus, I have to get the vaccine in order to boost my immunity. At least that is what I understood from what the doctor had told me which is why the need for this Hep B vaccine.
Well I am partly happy about it because I was not really expecting to take this Hep B virus which I thought will end me for good. But I got positive for Hep C virus and I am sure that I got it from the dialysis center. I am just hoping that my body will also get rid of it since my natural immunity had supposedly kicked the Hep B virus although there is also a possibility that I am still positive for Hep B because it only got undetected by the machine which tested my blood.
So unless I also got rid of this second virus which could very well end my life and not by being a dialysis patient, then I will still not be in the clear. But I am praying to God to improve in every aspects of my life because I am still alive and striving to achieve more with the mercy and grace of God. But I am still elated that somewhat I was supposed to get healed from the Hep B and I can attribute it to using powdered Moringa leaves because it is very nutritious and is considered a superfood because it is nutrient-dense and it is what I think helped my body for building immunity against the Hep B virus and I do hope ad pray, against the Hep C virus as well.
Lately, I saw this patient being seated to the machine used by patients with Hep B virus. She was a long time patient as well and was not positive for the virus before. I was wondering if she didn't have to Hep B vaccine to protect her from getting the virus because if she did, then certainly she will get protection. But I am also thinking that she was not informed to take the Hep B vaccine which is why she got infected. Well it is unfortunate because not only she is positive but also had been suffering the same bone problem judging by the fact that she doesn't look like before and had the same body form like I do and I know that it will get worse especially with the pain associated with it and I hope that she will find a way to deal with it.
This virus was the reason why kidney disease got untreated, the Nephrologists told me that it was in their their protocol not to get it treated because the liver will get complications or side-effects from the medicines which they will supposedly use. So I was just given vitamins, told to get married (maybe to experience to joy of having a partner I don't know), and prescribed to take a specific blood pressure medication to delay the damage of the kidney by controlling the blood pressure against it although the main reason of the kidney disease was my own immune system with a specific immune globulins attacking the kidney and forming scar tissue the to the kidney's filtering part slowly until both of my kidneys lost their function a few years later.
Anyway I am not sure if I will get one dose or double dose of the said Hep B vaccine like the first one but it is not cheap particularly if I would receive another double dose. I am just hopeful that I did recovered from that virus because of course I will just waste money in the process. Like I said, I am still not totally happy if my body would not also fully recover from the other deadly Hep C virus because I had seen a person that got it and learned later that he already died. I am not afraid to die but I hate the process especially if it is long and the fact that what I planned to do, my goals to keep will all turn to be nothing.
