Flooding is already receding inside our house and will dry down if no more monsoon rains will come

The heavy rains had now stopped last night and it allowed the flood water to recede inside our house and went back to the cracks and crevices of our flooring. It saves my parents the time to fetch it from inside our house to be thrown outside. However the floor would be dirty afterwards and of course needs to be cleaned by mopping it. I told my father to take the extra water out while it is still high to get rid of the dirt but he took off the exhaust fan from I don't know as he told me afterwards.
This series of Typhoons and Monsoon rains coupled with high tide had made many provinces suffer from widespread floods where many houses suffer from ankle-length to first floor length levels of flood. The school time are stopped and many businesses and work just got disturbed because of this curse in our weather system which I know will not improve but will get worse unless the government get the will power to make a lasting solution for it.
I am also affected much because our dialysis treatment area went semi-paralyzed so the dialysis machines had to be relocated to the hospital main building so that dialysis can continue on operating but with a limited scope because not all machines operates and it affected my schedule in terms of frequency. Now I was told that my next session will not happen until next week and it does bothers me a lot because I needed frequent dialysis sessions.
I don't know of there was still a batch of patients after my session yesterday because the hospital is trying too save the water pump of the R.O. water system of the dialysis clinic from the rising water and it is not that easy because it will consume precious time that every dialysis patient cannot afford to spare as dialysis needs to be continued otherwise we will all get toxic and cause us to die. Now I am trying not to eat and drink normally because I need to feel better between dialysis sessions which now had been made too far in-between due to the limited capacity of our dialysis clinic.
I am pessimistic about our current weather because it had changed, there are always widespread floods and I just hope that the hospital which owns our dialysis clinic will renovate the dialysis building, to raise it substantially from the ground so that the operations will continue regardless of the floods which is the new normal when wet and rainy season happens which unfortunately will happen all the time. I hope that I can buy a tall vehicle that we can be able to use as soon as possible because I reckon that there is a need for it now more than ever and fit it with a 22 inches tires and save me from worrying about transportation during these type of weather happens in the future.
