KRENGSENG DAGING SAPI PEDAS MENU BUKA PUASA PALING ENAK DENGAN NASI PUTIH

Daging sapi memang salah satu sumber gizi dalam menu seimbang.
Namun dalam mengkonsumsi daging merah diperlukan kehati-hatian, karena daging merah merupakan makanan yang mengandung asam lemak jenuh yang dapat meningkatkan kolesterol
dalam darah, dan dapat menyumbat
pembuluh darah serta menyebabkan
penyakit kardlovaskuler misalkan
Stroke dan jantung koroner serta diabetes tipe 2.
Di bawah ini akan diberikan tip cara
memasak agar berkurang lemak.
Pilih potongan daging rendah lemak
seperti daging paha depan, daging
Has luar, has dalam, dan sebaiknya

piring berlapisan tisu selama satu
menit, lalu tutup atas daging dan
letakkan diatas saringan, lalu siram
daging dengan empat gelas air
panas, setelah itu tiriskan selama
lima menit. Dan siap daging digiling
Resep Krengseng Daging Sapi.
Bahan - bahan :
- 1/2 kg daging sapi
- 1sendok makan marica bubuk
- 1 sendok makam gula putih
- 1 sendok makan garam natural
- 200 cc air mineral
- 1 buah tomat
- 5 lembar daun jeruk
- Bumbu halus.
- Bubuk Kaldu Royco sapi.
Bahan bumbu halus :
- 12 siung bawang merah
- 1/2 buah bawang bombay
- 6 siung bawang putih
- 25 buah cabe rawit
- 5 buah kemiri.
Semua bahan halus diatas diblender.
Langkah -langkah cara membuat Krengseng :
potong dadu daging sapi, lalu cuci
bersih dan rebus sebentar dan
tiriskan.Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum,
Tambahkan garam, gula, daun jeruk,
Lalu tuang air, dan didihkan.Setelah mendidih masukkan daging
sapi lalu tambahkan merica, kaldu
bubuk, tunggu sampai daging
empuk.Setelah daging empuk tambahkan
kecap, aduk hingga rata.Setelah air menyusut masukkan
potongan tomat, tunggu hingga
mengental, matikan api dan siap
disajikan, dan di santap bersama
nasi hangat sangat enak.
Kuliner khas Nusantara memang banyak corak dan ragamnya, seperti Krengsengan daging sapi pedas yang berasal dari olahan daging. Krengseng daging sapi hampir mirip dengan olahan masakan semur, hanya saja krengseng memiliki tekstur yang tidak selembut semur. Bahan utamanya tak selalu harus daging sapi, bisa juga menggunakan bahan daging kambing, iga sapi, maupun Jeroan, tergantung selera.
Kuliner Krenseng mungkin belum begitu akrab di telinga kita. Namun soal cita rasanya makanan yang sepintas mirip semur ini tidak kalah
dengan menu masakan yang lainnya
Pada mulanya Krengseng merupakan masakan khas surabaya
yang berbahan dasar daging sapi, daging kambing, daging ayam dan daging lainnya yang dipotong kecil - kecil dan diberi aneka bumbu serta di tambahi kecap bungo saat memasaknya. Proses memasak krengseng biasanya tidak terlalu banyak kuah agar kuahnya berwarna coklat tua. Krengseng memiliki cita rasa yang enak, dengan paduan sedikit manis dan tektur daging yang
empuk menjadikan kuliner ini begitu
nikmat saat mencicipinya.
