Hola @adeljose feliz inicio de semana y muy contenta de esta gran iniciativa en este canal que nos llena cada semana de grandes aprendizaje y aclarar dudas sobre todo lo relacionado a la plataforma cada semana me encanta participar en este canal tenia unas dudas sobre lo que era el poder del voto pero ya las aclare en un post que realizastes siempre es bueno mantenernos informados y estaré pendiente de leer todas las observaciones que realicen para aprender cada día mas sobre esta maravillosa plataforma

Hola, tengo poco tiempo en esto y me gustaría saber cuanto vale mi voto o cuando mi voto empieza a tener algún valor.
One concern is all spam accounts that are spreading like a virus now.
@kiwi-crypto does a great job with Spammers.
He needs the help of all of us to reconcile such accounts.
We need a common downvote trail that @kiwi-crypto could have controlled and used our down voting power.

Hi @xpilar, as to such spammers like @kiwi-crypto listed in his post, I do not think that we need to have downvote trial. All those accounts are like one-day fly, they have only 14 Steem and just created adn normally they will never post or comment.
In my opinion the Steemit team must just withdraw their delegation then the account is unable to do anything.
The other thing the Steemit Team and engineers need to re-create something that would take over the same responsibilities that "Steemcleaners" did. Such account needs a good delegation so that they can downvote abuser accounts if needed. So that everyone knows that there is someone who is watching and keeping Steem clean.
Unlike the accounts in Old Steem time when people were downvoting and they had Steem Power , that were real people behind the account and for such one downvote trial is something to stop/reverse their action.
I believe if there are such developers or Engineers on Tron blockchain why not to use their help to work with those who are here cross-cover two blockchains Tron-Steem. .

Hola como estas @adeljose aqui nuevamente en el canal siempre atentos para aprender y compartir aquí nuestras inquietudes algunas veces tenemos muchas inquietudes pero esta vez queremos saber un poquito sobre lo que es el poder del voto estuvimos leyendo algo pero hay que digerirlo muy bien solo vi que por día debemos votar a 10 eso implica voto y comentario o las dos cosas al mismo tiempo.
Estamos aquí para aprender de ustedes.
Y nos gusta esta plataforma porque es un constante aprendizaje
Hi @adeljose, as always Monday evening we are hear to chat, let's see what we have this time. Doubt and concerns, yes there are many especially nowadays when we have witnesses how Steem Price gradually coming down. If you remember that it was not long ago when Steem price was more than 0,20 $ and it was too low for us but now it is 0,14 $ I understand that Hive is lower but who cares about Hive if we are on Steem. We want Steem to go up.
In compare to Hive, Steem has chances to go up with the help of Justin and his Projects.
Why Justin is not advertising Steem alongside with his other projects. Why we have a lot of advertisement of Tron and Co on Steem and not another way around.
I am curious about the plans for future of Steem. Is there good future or Steem is only the catalyst to bust Tron?
Maybe I am just tired, maybe this is just busy work in hospital that makes me feel that we are working hard both in reality to fight Covid and on Steem to bring it up but I do not see results that we all longing for.
Is there a better future for loyal Steemians and what are the thoughts of the Steemit Team?

Gracias por crear este contacto más expedito referente a las dudas que podamos tener. Tengo dos meses en la plataforma y aun a cosas de las cuales no estoy completamente informada, otras que descubro a través de post y algunas en las que definitivamente me siento bastante ignorante ( para ser sincera).
Comprendí a través de esta vía el poder del voto y como se resta o se recarga la "energía" según el uso del mismo.
Ahora bien, en algunos casos al darle un voto positivo a una publicación aumenta un poco el valor de steem de la misma, en otros no. Exactamente a que se de be eso? o como lo controlo?. Lo ideal para mi sería poder aumentar ese valor cada vez que vote, pero supongo que no es mi nivel aun.
Otra cosa que quería saber es cual es el parámetro para silenciar una publicación?. Me ha pasado creo que dos veces y aun no entiendo porque a veces si y otras no.
Lo último es comentar lo de los votos negativos ( justo hoy tratare de hacer referencia a esos casos en mi diario), porque eventualmente en mis post me consigo con estos votos; y al darle seguimiento a las cuentas pues parecieran no existir.
Por último y si no es molestia, me gustaría aclarar lo del Trial para Venezuela ( si eres tan amable), tengo una idea pero prefiero no suponer. Aun no me uno por no tener completamente claro su funcionamiento.

La reputación aumenta a medida que vayas recibiendo votos, el impacto dependerá de cuan poderosa sea la cuenta y el peso del voto que ha dejado. Por ejemplo, en estos momentos tienes 64,7, debes trabajar en virtud de conseguir votos mayores a tu SP, puedes publicar para #thediarygame y aumentar las posibilidades de que te apoye @steemcurator01 o @steemcurator02, estas cuentas generan un impulso importante a la reputación de nuestras cuentas, sin embargo veo que tienes activo un Power Down lo que hará ahuyentar el voto de las cuentas principales.
Por otro lado, la delegación genera el 50% de la SP por curación ya que debes entregar una parte de tu ganancias a quien ejecuta el voto, además estarás debilitando tu poder de voto dependiendo del porcentaje de delegación según tus SP acumulados,
