Proposal Progress: 81% on Ubuntu20.04

Thanks for all the supporters for Proposal: Fixing Steemd Build Dependencies in the Latest OS

Progress Update

The 81% is just compilation - of course the tests need to be passing as well.

I don't want to downgrade boost version yet - as this might be easier (I would take it as a last resort)

• I have updated the rocksdb (from facebook) to the latest version
• I have also fixed some problems in the CMake and Cpp files

Hopefully after this - the Ubuntu18.04 still works?
