Update @wakucat - 16 witness votes left - Upvote proposal

Today, it's 7 days ago since Waku-Cat was activated. The server was up a little earlier, and the same goes for the account.
What has Waku-Cat been up to over the past week?
- SP has been delegated.
- There is some Steem in the wallet.
- Several newcomers have been welcomed, and personal messages have been left for them.
- Waku-Cat has read and commented in a few other places.
- Some Waku badges have been handed out.
- Explanations have been given about the plans (not submitting a proposal for development or requesting a budget).
- There has been contact with a few witnesses.
- A proxy has been set for all accounts belonging to @wakeupkitty because combined votes are stronger.
- The witness voting list has been reset to zero, and consideration has been given to who will be voted for. At the moment, at least 16 votes to give, possibly more soon.
Witness list visible
As anyone familiar with the witness list knows, it is far from a pretty sight. It’s a depressing view, and the ability to vote for witnesses lower down the list, those running servers, seem not to exist because they are made invisible.
Proposal
My proposal is that these witnesses receive enough upvotes to become visible, allowing them to also receive the blocks currently assigned to useless, inactive servers. This would result in a better-functioning platform.
Given that each witness can vote for themselves, the hierarchy is unlikely to change much, except for witnesses unknown to the public.
Finally, I’d like to thank everyone who has helped bring Waku-Cat to life and promotes the Waku-Wave, and voted. Those who did will be added to Waku-Cat’s followers.
Thank you very much.
