Some Account Registration Emails Not Sent Out

Recently, I received several emails about missing account details after registering an account.

After checking the logs, I found that the account creation process either failed completely or only partially completed. Fortunately, the service saves passwords beforehand, allowing me to retrieve the account credentials or retry the registration.
