Progress Update
I've made steemd work on Ubuntu22.04. Hooray!

I've tested:
- Sync with the latest block heights
- Generated blocks
- Curl the RPC Port
- Exit (Ctrl+C) and then Restart the steemd.
All good. However, the current changes break the Ubuntu20.04 - I'll share more updates soon.
