Costs of Transfering USDT (TRC-20 Tokens, Smart Contracts) on Tron Network
Operations on blockchains are not free. It costs something. On steem blockchain, transfering funds (STEEM or SBD) costs some RC - but it is trivial.
However, on Tron Blockchain, transfering the USDT (or other TRC-20 tokens which are smart contracts), it costs a lot more.
Regardless the amount, it costs 345 Bandwidth, and 29650 Energy to trigger a smart contract.
To obtain bandwidth or energy, you would need to stake the TRX. Here is a rough estimation:
1 TRX = 1 Bandwidth
1 TRX = 26 Energy
Thus you would need to stake a roughly 345 TRX for bandwidth and 1140 TRX for energy to be able to perform a transfer of USDT.
Noted that the bandwidth and energy recovers within 24 hours.
If the energy or bandwidth is not enough, TRX will be consumed.

Also noted that, the costs of transfering TRX is different. It only costs roughtly 250 Bandwidth (0 Energy) to make a TRX transfer.
