Skip regression 210 test on APFS
ripgrep has tests for searching in files with invalid UTF-8 bytes in their names. The new filesystem on Mac OS, APFS, doesn't support creating such files, so these tests were failing. I added an exception to skip the particular test on Mac OS in order for the test suite to pass again.
