Introduction
My name is unwana Udoh, my username on steemit is @dongentle2.
Nigeria is a country that is trying to raise the Educational standard, Moodle, on the other hand, is a very good platform that will help optimize the system.
Campaign Strategy
This promotion Is Targeting the South-South Region Of Nigeria. It is worthy of note that the South-South Region Is made up of 6 states.
I intend to promote it to all the geopolitical zone of the country, I'll therefore be making the promotion in batches.
Language And Interest
I used the English Language since that is the official Learning language in the region.
I targetted the ads to people with Interest In E-Learning, Higher Institution, Open-Source Software and Blackboard.
These same people must also match at least one of the following:
Job Title: Elementary Teacher
Job Title: Principal teacher
Work: Education and Libraries
The People That Are likely to be interested in this platform in The area are likely people with Age 25 and above.
Other details of the campaign Strategy Are :
Age: 25-65+
Gender: Male and Female
Language: English
Devices: Mobile Phone and Pc
Objective: Traffic
Bidding Strategy
I Started with a CPC of $0.4, I later reduced It to a CPC of $0.2. The ad performed better when it was at CPC of $0.4 than at $0.2.

But what I don't understand is your moderating Answers, some of the points below really surprised me.

My targeting information is clearly there, my Irrelevant ads message had over 340 valid link clicks,and i would like to know the misleading information on the post.... It's just so difficult to please you guys sha... Unlike other categories, this category actually burns the contributors money in form of ads.. Regards
Hi @dongentle2, I chose those answers because the targeting has been copied, the ad message has been blindly copied also. so it's clear for this answer ''This post includes misleading information.'', and this ''This contribution adds nearly no value to the open source community and ecosystem or the specific project.''.
