translation busy.org: korean from 53% to 100%

Busy is an Open Source social network and communications platform which is based on blockchain. It's very similar to steemit. More info:

I make a contribution for busy.org korean localization. With my contribution, it's done. 100% korean localization. To give a seamless user experience, I refer to korean steemit localization project on GitHub and make improvement sentences which is already translated. I has suggested 223 translations and worked 1039 translation words.
