| Topic of the Post | Bybit is a global crypto exchange. It will charge 18% GST on all trades in India from July 7, 2025. This tax will be cut directly from the received amount. Indian exchanges already follow this rule. But Bybit is the first global exchange to apply it in India. Over 300,000 users will be affected. Some old services will also stop soon. This is a disaster of government policy to the exchange. These changes are part of new government rules. GST will make trading more costly for users. Only traders will bear this tax. Many users fear this may reduce crypto activity in India. Due to the important update shared, I’ve featured this post in this week’s selection. |
