NIGHT PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST | CAPTURING THE NIGHT | WEEK 20
Hello..!!
My Dear Friends,
I am @tanvirahammad10 from #Bangladesh 🇧🇩
Night photography no-01
This Eid, I visited a park located in Chuadanga district. At night, the atmosphere there was truly beautiful. The surroundings were beautifully decorated with red, blue, and green lights, brought from India. I took a photo standing under those lights. Because of the lighting, I looked really nice in the picture too. In short, I was very satisfied.

The part of the park where the road passed through had lamp posts installed along its sides. At night, the light from these lamp posts looked really beautiful. Sitting under the glow of the lamp posts and spending time there felt like a special moment. That’s why I took some nighttime photographs of the lamp posts. Personally, I find these kinds of posts along the road very appealing.

This is a view of Akkas Valley Park. The beauty of the park has been enhanced by decorating the treetops with red, blue, and green lights. As it is a newly established park, many people come here to visit. It’s always crowded with visitors. When we arrived, it was still daylight, but due to the large crowd, it took us a long time to get the tickets, and by the time we entered, it was already night. I had never imagined the park would look so stunning at night—the view inside truly amazed me.

This is a view of the market at night. It was quite late when I went to the market to buy some medicine. Since it was right after Eid, most of the shops in the market had already closed early. So, when I got there, all I could see was vehicles moving through the streets. Besides that, there weren’t many people around. The scene of the market at night looked really beautiful.
Night photography no-05
This is a view of the field in our village. In the evening, I was feeling a bit down, so I went and sat in the middle of the field. Sitting in this calm and quiet environment felt really peaceful. And since we are Bengalis, fields and open spaces hold a special place in our hearts. Sitting by the field at night and chatting with friends is truly enjoyable.
While I was sitting there, I could hear the chirping of crickets. The atmosphere around me was silent and still. A cool breeze was blowing, making the paddy plants sway gently. It’s the time when the rice plants are beginning to bloom. As the wind made the rice stalks brush against each other, a soft rustling sound filled the air. Looking out over the field at night is a perfect moment for night photography. So, I captured this beautiful scene on my phone.
