Greetings to traveller and adventure seeker, and those seeking for comfort and a place for relaxation after a stressful day. If you're in a hunt for a place of relaxation permit me to introduce to you Migaty hotels and bars, a hidden gem along the vibrant and populated itu road, uyo, nigeria, along the street i reside as a student, a place that blends relaxation, excitement and the charm of local hospitality.

Migaty is nestled off school road junction though it has another glamouring entrance just after the tip-top supermarket where one can get easy access to. After being scorched so much by the sun's intensity student can depends on this place to wave off stress. I am excited to take you through this hotel as i share my personal highlight of the place.

Migaty hotel is located off school road junction as vicinity where almost half the population of student and graduate reside, it has become a well known spot in the city of uyo and this has contributed a lot to their maintainance and the extension of their working hours to favour wide range of customer preferential visiting hours.

One of the features of migaty hotels is its impressive array of facilities, a well structured hotel just by the entrance and a broad event ground which precedes the bar and the swimming pools, the pools maintained a balance in temperature like in the hot harmattan season, the water could be made to be a little warmth but for this season where the sun's intensity is a bit high, a cool, natural, freshly pumped and treated water is by the side of the pool flowing in as people more people dive into this pool. Due to splashes from professional swimmers people are advised to be careful by the way the perambulate the swimming pool.

Beside the pool and inside the somehow enclosed part of the bar, we have speakers connect to the Dj's kits, from the info i heard this Dj's are mostly hired on Friday's, giving visitors a lively atmosphere as the Dj spins great party tunes which make people dance with excitement while in the pool. This pool is also surrounded by high classical sit and table for relaxation, this section is also called the bar.

From the structure you could assume the rooms to be properly furnished, while this rooms may to some guests be noisy due to its closeness to the bar, the situation of this hotel close to the university of uyo premises boost it's patronage as it attracts visitors from this academic community.

Drinks here are quite affordable and it is sold with a 25% increase from an external retailers price, and also swimming in this pool will cost you N2000 much more higher than Akmag hotel, i haven't swim here before though, but i know people who do. Room rates are at least moderate, To lounge in a room per night will cost you (N15,000-N30,000) naira which amount to (76.785-153.582) steems and in united states dollars (9.759-19.517) per night

Migaty holds a wide range of preferences whether you are there to lounge, dive into the pool, have chill drink there is a place for everyone.
