Takbiran night is always the most anticipated moment for all Muslims, including us, the youth in Gampong Blang. This year, we are again excited to prepare the takbiran parade cars that will be used in the procession around Syamtalira Aron sub-district. This preparation is not just a tradition, but also a form of togetherness that further strengthens our relationship as village youth.
Since a few days before the night of takbiran, we started to gather to design the parade car. This year we chose the theme of a mosque with a black dome decorated with flashing LED lights. We shared the tasks, some were responsible for designing the frame, some for painting and some for installing decorations such as calligraphy and small flags. The work atmosphere was full of enthusiasm and occasionally interspersed with laughter that made tiredness feel light.
Ready to enliven the night of takbiran
The night before takbiran, we worked harder to make sure all the details were perfect. The installation of the lighting system was an important part, because the parade cars had to look magnificent when they went around later. We also chanted takbir throughout the journey. Although tired, we were satisfied to see the beautiful end result.
When the night of takbiran arrives, the atmosphere in Gampong Blang changes to become lively. Residents begin to gather around the mosque, preparing to welcome the takbir parade that will go around all the sub-districts in Syamtalira Aron. We as young people proudly bring the parade car that we have prepared with hard work. The sound of takbir echoes creating an atmosphere of emotion and gratitude.

Along the way, many residents filled the roadside to watch the parade. Children waved their hands happily, while parents smiled happily seeing the excitement of this victory night. The sense of pride and togetherness was increasingly felt, making all our efforts and hard work pay off.
The solidarity of the youth of my village
After going around the sub-district, we returned to the village with hearts full of happiness. Tonight was not only about the takbiran parade, but also about the spirit of mutual cooperation and togetherness that further strengthened the bonds between us. Hopefully this tradition will continue so that it becomes part of the pride and cultural heritage of our village.
