My Nostalgia For a Trip to St.Petersburg

Greetings, friends.
My youngest daughter turned 17 yesterday. My wife wanted to see the photos of our daughter when she was just a child, but the guests came and the plans did not materialize.
This morning, nostalgia overwhelmed me, and for some reason, I decided to look at photos of my trip with my eldest daughter to St. Petersburg in November 2007. It seems like it was so recently, but it's been almost 18 years. By the way, November and December were difficult months for me that year, as I had a health problem. But the trip went well!

This was my second trip to St. Petersburg. Before that, I was in this city in 1986, but then it was called Leningrad, and there was another country called the USSR.
I've seen big changes. But I know that over the past 18 years, the changes in the city on the Neva River have become even greater.

We were lucky with the weather on that trip. The beginning of November usually does not please with a sunny, clear sky, but God decided that year that He needed to help us and dispersed all the clouds.
At that time, I was using a KONICA MINOLTA DiMAGE Z5 camera. I got it absolutely for free, and it seemed to me that there was nothing better than this camera.

At that time, my eldest daughter was 12 years old and she enjoyed walking with me through the artillery museum. But now she will soon become a mother for the second time, and since 2022, she has already hates museums with military equipment. Last year, my son-in-law and I visited the Museum of Weapons in Tula, but my daughter did not go with us. I was wondering if she would let her son play with guns or not. She condemns her eldest son, my son, for having a gun and going hunting.
But I digress. That's how often nostalgia takes my thoughts aside.
