Wow, that indeed is what can only be described as a Prunksaal.
What a wonderful library and a beautiful post.
Besides the "Prunk" I was also impressed by the dimensions of the library. The State Hall is nearly 80 metres long and 20 metres high. You will find an "Online tour of a baroque synthesis of the arts" here.
