Why is the EU and UN funding this TERRORIST supporter?

Today while visiting the old city of Hebron, my Rabbi tour guide informed me when we walked past a man who he claimed is the "instigator of most of the violence [against Jews]" in the area.

So I decided to go and speak to the man, Issa Amro.

It turns out he's an EU and UN-backed "activist" who lies more than he tells the truth.
