Steemit Update [May 27th, 2025] : The Steemit Challenge - Applications Invited for Season 25
The more freestyle approach for Season 24 of the Steemit Challenge seems to have worked well enough.
We will therefore be continuing with the same approach for Season 25.
For this coming season we hope there will again be fresh and interesting ideas from the community.
The Steemit Challenge Season 25
We are looking for new ways to make use of the Challenge format.
That format includes two weekly posts - one setting out the week’s challenge, the other announcing the six best posts for each challenge.
Each of these posts receive a SC01 vote of at least 50 - 60%, and the six winning posts each week also receive votes from SC01.
Alongside these votes, a significant number of the entry posts each week will also receive useful votes from SC02.
Each Challenge season runs for 6 weeks.
How to Apply for Season 25
If you think you have a suitable idea for the Steemit Challenge, tell us about it.
Outline your idea in a post, and show how it would fit in the Challenge format.
You can make a solo application, or you can form a team of up to three people.

Your post should include a draft schedule of what you would do for each of the 6 weeks.
It should include details of how people can interact and get engaged with the project.
It should also provide information about how you would select the 6 best posts each week.
The post should also contain the usual brief details about each team participant.
There are no restrictions on Reputation, nationality, language or community affiliations. The only restrictions are that no team member should be powering down, and that each member should have at least 2500 SP of their own (not delegated).
Posts should also contain the contact details (Telegram/Discord) of all team members.
Posts should be submitted by 11:59 pm UTC, on Wednesday, June 4th, 2025.
Application posts should include the tag #challengepitch in the first four tags.
We are looking forward to reading the applications for Season 25.
It will be great to see some new and innovative ideas.

Thanks to steemitblog for opening applications for Season 25. I enjoy watching the business activities at the Steemit Challenge. I believe that business activities and business knowledge will add more richness to the steemit challenge. So, like last season, I will submit an application with a business promoter team this season as well.
