Inspired by @dragonslayer109 and @gavvet I've decided to do my own take on the "Daily pick of hidden gems" series but with a very simple twist. Food Gems!

I often trawl through the hundreds of posts for hours on end on Steemit looking for interesting tit-bits and more often than not its the food posts that grab my attention.

So without further a do here below are my picks for the last 24hrs!

Ok, ok, i know vegetarian food is not everybody's cup of tea, but i'm here to tell you what @steemsynergy expresses in this post is just amazing, and the quality of the pictures really capture the food well - a must try for me!

Maybe i'm a little biased here (I'm half Fillipino - half Swiss) but again, food pics alone are to die for. One of the things i love about fillipino food are the colours and they`re really captured well in this simple post.

If you can eat healthy that's great, but if you can drink healthy then that is just swell! I try to eat as well as i can as often as i can but i also love simplicity, and you cant get anymore simple that a 2 ingredient milkshake. Give it a try!
