Do you like playing sports? If yes then, Which sport do you enjoy the most, and why?

Yes, I like playing sports, and basketball is the sport that I enjoy the most. There are more reasons why I enjoy playing basketball the most, which I don't really know if it is because I am tall or because it was the sport that I was addicted to when I was growing up. However, it has been a long time since I played basketball 🏀 because the place I am currently staying has no basketball court, and I haven't come across anyone who is also a player like me.


How has playing sports improved your physical and mental health?.

Playing sports has really improved my physical and mental health by making me to be active and proactive in whatever I am doing. It makes me to become physically fit and healthy. Whenever I engage in sports, I do feel alright; less body pain, dizziness, laziness, or weakness of the body, but I am strongest of the body.


How staying away from sports can affect a person's mental and physical health?

Staying away from sports has really affected me in person. One thing that I have noticed about someone who usually engages himself or herself in sports, and of a sudden, he or she then stays away from sports is that the person would start getting lazy, feeling weak, having body pain, and being unbalanced, which is how I do feel sometimes.


Do you believe everyone should include some form of sports in their routine? Why or why not?

Yes, I believe everyone should include some form of sports in their routine. This is because sports make us stay fit and healthy and sports like jogging and walking should be included in our routine
