Assalam o alikum friends welcome to my blog I am @sualeha from pakistan , it's nice to participate in desserts challenge course in SLC season 25 week 2 with our lovely teacher @m-fdo.This week the course having an other sweet treat recipe with us ,the dessert is Vanilla ice cream one of the most popular and delicious flavor in ice cream world,I had been made ice cream many time like chocolate flavours ,mango , strawberry but the vanilla flavour not try out before so it's good for me to explore an other ice cream 🍨 🍦 flavour so guys let's move on the home task given in course .

Friends today I present the recipe of vanilla ice cream with all of you I got recipe from the lesson of week two .The share below ingredients list and step by step with relevant pictures so guys with out ado let's move on towards the recipe.

1	Milk	500 ml
2	Sugar	50 gm tbs
3	Vanilla custard powder	5tbs
4	vaffers	as need

• Step :1

The recipe is very simple and only three ingredients added in the recipe. Well guys by first took a clean bowl added 500 ml milk and few spoons of custard powder dissolved in normal temperature milk as you see in images .

Step :2

Now added sugar in the milk mixture and flame on medium and cooked the custard mixture,strair the custard for avoiding lumps in ice cream .

Shifted the mixture in pan and continued stairs spatula in the custard mixture.

• Step : 3

When the mixture became thick and frim off the flame and let it set and cool ,after that take another bowl and converted the mixture in it and leave it in refrigerator for 20 minutes.

• Step :5

After 20 minutes blended the mixture in blender jug for 2 minutes then again poured in bowl and let it cool again for 20 minutes.

Now repeating the process again ,now shifted the mixture this time in air tight container 🫙 placed polythene bag and poured mixture in a pan and covered the top surface, actually the reason behind is that to keep the water crystals making in ice cream that's why completely wrapped thick plastic bag then covered the lid properly and put in refrigerator for 8 to 10.hours for good freeze .

After 10 hour it's looking like that freeze and hard so took the ice cream bowl in out side for little melt then severe the Ice cream in a bowl and I put some vaffers and sprinkles on it .

So guys the simple but really delicious vanilla ice cream ready to eat 😋 😋.My all family members love it ,the best part of the recipe I liked the few ingredients and quickly done 👍.It's my first experience of making vanilla essence but the turned out really good and satisfied.

Well there were no difficulty I faced during making ice cream but yes when I served I had not ice cream scoop so the perfect scoop shaped I e cream never looked but I was tried to served as best as possible in my present capacity,I home you all like my little efforts.i also like to faced challenges and love to explore new and different cousins all around the world by the Steemit learning challenges.

Well If I have the opportunity to share my tempting home made vanilla ice cream 🍨 🍨,I deffinitily like to share it with my very generous Steemit friend lirvic , the big reason to share with her is that I want to spend some time with her I knew that I all most impossible because we both lived in different countries having long distance between in Pakistan and Venezuela,the second reason also is that she is very expert in cooking , baking so I love to know her options, suggestions about my dessert.

I always realised that we all steemians are like a family members specially my lord friends they all very sweet supportive and corporateve as well .If my dream comes true I personally visit and shared vanilla ice cream 🍨 exclusively made for her but due to long distance it might be melt 🫠 🫠 🫠.
