Greetings and blessings to all my friends
Welcome to the second week in Steemit learning Challenge Season 25 to all my lovely friends. Today I am very happy to present the second week of this proposal. In the first week I share the tracing by stencil method and basic colouring techniques about fabric painting and fabric selection. The first week I really glad when received your great participations in the course ,also purchased art materials essential for fabric painting tools as I mentioned in first week course that's appreciated.

How to paint from stencil or by own on your plain or boring out fits so guys without ado let's move on with me and explore more about fabric painting 🎨.....

- Cardboard piece
- Before making any design on dress insert card board or news paper in it to protect from paint stain on back side of your dress .

The first design I draw the sketch of butterfly 🦋* infact I wants to teach you different colours combinations in painting and how to use paint brushes according to our designs need for example for out line ,shading and filling colour also try to understand, how to colour blending in fabric painting for perfect turned out etc.

I started with outline of design first ,used sharp pointed zero size paint brush having very thin tip ,I painted all outline of butterfly with black fabric paint.

Once outline done ,then I painted the feathers with multicolours,for that I used yellow 💛, 🩷 pink , green 💚, 🧡 orange ,red and purple 💜.it's my younger boy,s T shirt and he love all bright colours and the t shirt base is light grey in so I have margin to add bright colours in my painting that's why I chosen butterfly 🦋.

It's very simple and quick way of painting on any fabric or clothes for that used Stencil of any design you like to paint,these stencils are available at art or stationary shops easily in very cheap prices,you can also buy from daraz or any other online shopping 🛒 🛍️ app .if you had great artistic skill you can creat your own stencil at home .

As I said above before painting put any cardboard sheet under the clothes ,now I give you an other idea it's a painting by stencil on jeans 👖 pant .it's very simple to paint ,place the stencil on that area you want to paint I chose leg side of pants ,now placed stencil on the specific area then filled white colour in empty area applied by sponge or paint brush,now this time I used thick brush 🖌️ because this are we need to cover the large area so I used 02 brush size . Once all paint covered leftover the stencil from pant and you got the perfect shapes /design with in minutes in short I got results as I wants with out face any difficulty.

When white colour completely dried,I added different colours to enhance the outline and inner shading from different colours.its totally optional or according to your choice .

I used orange ,blue ,yellow and white , blue and mixed two different shades make new one shades as I need fory motive .
I share above the YouTube video this will help you to understand the blending of two shades and multiple shades addition in your design in proper way.

- Mixing basic colors can create new hues! Here are some primary color combinations:
Primary Colors
- Red
- Blue
- Yellow
Color Combinations
- *♥️+ 💙= 💜 purple
- 💙 + 💛 = 💚 Green
- ♥️+ 💛 = 🧡 Orange
- ♥️+ 💙 + 💛 = 🤎
- Tips
- Experiment with different ratios of colors to create unique shades.
- Mixing colors can be done with paint, dyes, or digital tools.
When you start your work don't forget to placed any cardboard or news paper on the back of your working surface.
Always add a few drops of water to your fabric paint; it allows for smooth, runny strokes, and your painting looks more vibrant and stain-free.
Dry the painting for at least 8 to 10 hours, then iron the painting surface on the backside of the cloth then ironed.
If you're working on cotton fabric, you must add a few drops of binder; it will fix your painting on clothes nicely.
Hand wash your clothes, washing machine might be colour faid or birrer the fabric painting.
*Note:
Some of ny lovely students were faced difficulties for finding fabric painting materials for those who can use Acrylic paint instead of fabric paint but add more colour before used because they are too thick
🖌️ 1 .Now it's time to give new look to your outfits ,you can use t -shirt,jeans, trousers, scarf, sarees,duppta ,kameez ,shalwar or any dress you like to paint. Trace the design by yourself or use a stencil as I taught in the course ,in detail with step-by-step pictures. Include your name tag with the date at the final presentation of your work. (6 Marks )
