May my all steemit friends always experience bliss and contentment. I am delighted to participate in this innovative contest held by my dear lady @sualeha . I am really happy to be participating. You know guys what is unique about this contest? It is all about fabric painting. Normally, I am pretty good at painting. I have a great passion for painting. However, I have never tried painting on fabric before. This is my first experience painting on the fabric. I hope you will all like it.

Procedure:

Step 1

I started my work by saying Bismillah. I sketched out a design on A4 white sheet. I drew a floral garland (Flower Vail) and a butterfly fluttering around it, about to land on the flowers. Then friends, I traced the design on butter paper with the black pointer.

Step 2

Then, I used pin 📍 to prick the holes in the design on the butter paper creating a stencil. Then I fixed the fabric to the frame. I put the paper on the frame. Then I used a mixture of black polish and kerosene oil to print the design on to the fabric.

🎨Step 3 🎨

Next, with the brown paint, I coloured in design . Then I added a dark green colour to the leaves on the left and right side resulting in a stunning visual effect. Next, I added, vibrant red paint to the flowers. It looks gorgeous. So Friends , The colours really pop up against the white fabric.

Then I outlined The Green leaves and petals with black paint to give them depth. I also added a hint of a light green colour to the leaves. Then I added subtle touch of black and yellow paint in some parts of the branch. Then moving on butterfly , I painted the upper wings with black paint. Then I , incorporating orange hues into the inner design. it creating a striking visual effect.

🎨Step 5 🎨

I finished up the orange details and touched up the rest with black paintand touched up the rest with black paint. The butterfly look absolutely stunning. Then I added somewhere to drop of white paint on its wings which gave it a sparkling effect.

In this way, I successfully completed a beautiful painting on the fabric. Then I signed my name , today's date and then mentioned the community name.

Friends, certain materials including kerosene oil, black polish and butter paper were already available in my possession. I already had these things , that's why, I don't recall how much they cost. I already had a set of brushes 🖌️that I used for this project.

I did not face any difficulties aur problems while doing fabric painting and buying materials from the market. It was hassle free because there is a great book centre where everything is easily available. I bought some things from there. I also picked up white cotton fabric from nearby shop. I completed the fabric painting project without any difficulty. Well steemians , My only concern was a bit of nervousness because it was my first time doing fabric painting 🎨. Apart from that I did not face any problem.

Painting is a definitely are stress free activity for me. It acts as an effective means of stress relief. When I am lost in the process, my mind calms down. I get fully engaged in creating. It is amazing how it helps me feel stress free. I find solace in painting. It is the painting that allows us to relax and alleviate stress. I loved every moment of painting.
