Welcome to my belog .How are you all. I am @ roohiasif 99 from Pakistan.Today I very happy to participate This engagement challenge SLC-s25/W1 .I am very Thankful for mam@ sualeha.she was arranging such a different topic .through this home made assignment we can learn many more things regarding fabric painting it's texture,tips and techniques And what fabric is the sutiable for fabric painting?We definitely learned a lot this 1 week and are now trying to apply it at home.I have never done fabric painting before.But Meem Saleha taught us this in a very easy and good way.

Let's move towards and starts

Trace the design by your self or use a stencil on fabric as I taught in course in detail with step by step pictures includes your name tags with the date at the final presentation of your work?

Things we need

Pencil
Red fabric colour
Black fabric colour
Yellow fabric colour
Frame
Cotton fabric
Scissor
Carbon paper
Painting brush(2)
Binding agent

procedure

First I took a cotton cloth and pressed it tightly against the frame.then I had to draw with the help of pencil flower .

There was a picture of a flower on my Eid card, I traced it after seeing it and made a flower just like that in fabric.

When I had drawn the outline of the flower on the cloth, I picked up the paint and started painting.First I picked up the green color and started coloring the leaves.flowers around the six leaves I coloured it.

Then I added dots in the center of the flower, which is round, using black and yellow colors.

After that I coloured the eages of flower yellow and center part of red colour.then I had given the shades of yellow and red.

Total coast of my fabric painting 1090= rupees which are equivalent to steem approximately equal to= 29.5 steem.its quite economical for home made fabric painting.

1)The paint cans have a lot of color in them, and there are a lot of fabrics we can use.
2)There are many things we can use forever, such as frames.
3)We can use fabric painting brushes on many fabrics and the brush does not get damaged very quickly.

did you face any difficulty during task or any thing in purchasing materials?

No, I didn't face any problems at all.Everything is available in the market.I live in Pakistans heart of the city karachi.karachi is the big city of Pakistan.There is a market near our house where all kinds of things are available, from art to craft to fabric to painting.And everything is available very easily and at very reasonable prices.The market is nearest and I bought everything from my house easily.And I believe that when you want to learn something, you can find it anywhere.

what do you think?Does fabric painting or any kind of creativity make you stress free?are you satisfied with it or not?

Of course,the creative work is the most powerful tools of release stress level . when I do fabric painting and craft work. I feel a lot happier and my stress level decreases.Its slow down my thoughts just like meditation.Because being busy with work saves a person from many mental confusions.It is very important to be busy with any work for their human and physical well-being.
